The ski resort Športcentrum Malá Lučivná is located in the mountain range Malá Fatra in the Zázrivá valley, between the villages of Párnica and Zázrivá, 13 km from Dolný Kubin. There are maintained slopes of all difficulty levels of which the black run stands out as it is one the steepest one in the country. All necessary services are available to the visitors. Artificial snow, ski service, ski rental, ski school and several snack bars.

SKI GAVURKY center is located right in the village of Terchová. The place is an ideal site for skiing providing you are a beginner skier or a family with children. In the center you can find Poma ski lifts. The slope is 350 meters in length. It is a north facing sufficiently sunny ski run with technical snow. The resort organizes entertaining afternoon programs. A lot of fun can be experienced on a toboggan run, too. The skiing school located near the slope help your children to enhance their skiing skills. The slopes are well lit during the short winter days. Visitors can also try local cuisine delicacies as well as warm up by the fireplace in Jánošík´s lodge. Refreshments are at disposal at the snack bar at the foot of the slope.

The center Príslop is highly suitable for relaxing skiing in the beautiful nature. From the very top it offers a unique scenery of the whole Vrátna together with the ridge of Malá Fatra. Free parking lot which is right in the center has 50 parking spaces. Uniquely shaped slopes create great conditions for top athletes to enjoy the experience to the fullest. The center offers two ski runs of medium difficulty with the total length of 2 km covered with artificial snow, a ski lift with the capacity of 1,140 skiers per hour with a cozy snack bar.

This is a true pearl of the valley. The north-facing slope with the elevation of 750m is accessible by a modern 8-seater cable cars ending just below the ridge of Malá Fatra in the height of 1,494 meters. Good weather conditions are the reason why skiing is possible here until May. Panorama restaurant with the panoramic views of the peaks of Malá Fatra, a sun-drenched patio with comfortable deck chairs are ready to provide tranquil relax right on the slope and unique mountain sun - this and more is prepared for you in the ski resort Chleb. Natural snow, black rated slopes, freeride zones and the capacity of 900 persons per hour are the most important qualities of the site called Oštiepková Mulda. The red rated ski run and lifts with the capacity of 600 people per hour can be found in Snilovské saddleback.

If you take a 4-chairlift from the ski center Paseky and then you ski down right to the valley, you will arrive straight in the resort called Poludňový Grúň. You can enjoy a great view of the magnificent rocky peaks of Veľký a Malý Rozsutec from the top ski-lift station. In the center you can find a lodge with a restaurant. The total length of ski runs is over 2.5 km and will surely satisfy all: advanced skiers may use the red slope, freeriders may want to try the black one and beginners the blue one. 4 lifts are able to transport 2,600 people per hour.

The resort Paseky is an ideal skiing destination for the whole family. Free parking right in the center have a capacity of more than 400 parking spaces. You can use the services offered by 3 skiing schools, nursery schools, but also ski and equipment rentals. The center has its own cash desk, multi-purpose building with a restaurant, two snack bars and a souvenir shop. The center Paseky is often a training choice of the Slovak national alpine ski team. The snow runs with a total length of 3.3 km, 100% artificial snow and northwestern exposure offer favorable conditions for not only novices, but also seasoned skiers and snowboarders. The total transport capacity of the 4-chairlift and three ski lifts is more than 4,000 people per hour. Annual international competitions in alpine skiing and snowboarding are held in this ski resort.
